The sub-floor was damaged by termites and a water leak. Quick Fix cut out the old sub-floor to replace from the Kitchen to the Hallway to the bedrooms with new Bamboo Laminate flooring installed through out with new base molding and door thresholds to provide a clean look from the rear entry door to each interior door into each room.
The Kitchen cabinets, top and sink had to be removed for the flooring replacement with new cabinets, top, sink and dishwasher installed with new piping per code.
A Laundry Room was added off the Kitchen in an old closet for ease of use to move the Laundry from the basement including new piping and wiring.
Remove the carpeting from the old stop pads and riser to expose the wood to install new Laminate step and stair nose to provide a new look to an old set of stairs including new base board trim and tie int at three different landings and an existing Entry Door..
The client had removed the carpeting and old step pads with the intent of installing the new pads and staining with installation of a new handrail. Regretfully the existing stair risers were old and out of level making it necessary to level every pad to fit the riser with the front and sides trimmed out to cover the difference in heights at each pad. Quick Fix stepped in to level the pads, install the newel posts to install the handrails and drill each step pad for the new wrot iron spindles with staining to match the existing door frames at the bottom of the steps with painting of the trim at the front and sides for a nice finished look..
The tenant had allowed the plants to overgrow and lay on the deck rails and rot them out. Quick Fix cut the trees and plants down to remove the old rails to rebuild top and bottom rails with new spindles installed at the existing posts and leveled out for a contrasting look. Clean off and prep the deck surface to wrap the project up
